Ingredients:
⦁ 20 sheets of filo or empanada dough
⦁ 250g minced meat or vegetable mix (such as spinach and feta cheese)
⦁ 1 onion, chopped
⦁ 1 teaspoon cumin
⦁ Salt and pepper to taste
⦁ Oil for frying
Instructions:
⦁ Sauté the ground beef or vegetables with the onion and spices. Allow to cool.
⦁ Fill the dough sheets with a small amount of the filling and fold them into a triangular shape.
⦁ Fry in hot oil until golden or bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
