Ingredients:
⦁ 100 g of thin noodles (gluten-free if you prefer)
⦁ 2 eggs
⦁ 1 tablespoon clarified butter (ghee)
⦁ 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
⦁ 1 pinch of saffron
⦁ 1 tablespoon of sugar or natural substitute such as stevia
⦁ Rose water for flavoring (optional)
Instructions:
⦁ Cook the noodles in water until soft. Drain and mix with cardamom, saffron and sugar.
⦁ In a pan, melt the ghee and fry the eggs in the form of an omelette.
⦁ Serve the noodles hot with the omelette on top. Add a splash of rose water if desired.
