Ingredients:
⦁ 4 cups dashi broth (or vegetable broth)
⦁ 2 tablespoons miso paste
⦁ 1/2 cup firm tofu, cubed
⦁ 1/4 cup dried wakame seaweed
⦁ 2 scallions, chopped
Instructions:
⦁ Bring the broth to a simmer and dissolve the miso paste in it.
⦁ Add the wakame seaweed and let it hydrate in the broth.
⦁ Add the tofu cubes and cook for 2 minutes.
⦁ Serve hot and garnish with chives.
