Ingredients:
⦁ 1 cup precooked corn flour
⦁ 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
⦁ 1 cup chopped spinach
⦁ 1/2 cup warm water
⦁ Salt to taste
⦁ Olive oil for cooking
Instructions:
⦁ In a bowl, mix the corn flour, quinoa, spinach and salt.
⦁ Add water little by little until a firm dough forms.
⦁ Form arepas and cook them in a frying pan with a little olive oil until they are golden on both sides.
