Ingredients:

⦁ 4 ripe tomatoes

⦁ 1 cucumber

⦁ 1 green pepper

⦁ 1 clove of garlic

⦁ 1/4 cup olive oil

⦁ 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

⦁ Salt to taste

⦁ Cold water

Instructions:

⦁ Peel the tomatoes and cucumber.

⦁ Blend all the ingredients, adjusting the amount of water according to the desired texture.

⦁ Chill for at least 2 hours and serve with cucumber slices or toasted bread as a garnish.
