Ingredients:
⦁ 4 cups chicken broth
⦁ 150 g chicken breast, in strips
⦁ 1 cup rice noodles
⦁ 1 cinnamon stick
⦁ 2 star anise
⦁ 1 tablespoon ginger, sliced
⦁ 1/2 cup bean sprouts
⦁ Fresh basil leaves
⦁ Lemon slices
Instructions:
⦁ Boil the chicken broth with cinnamon, star anise and ginger for 10 minutes.
⦁ Cook rice noodles separately according to package directions.
⦁ Add the chicken strips to the broth and cook until done.
⦁ Serve the noodles in a bowl, pour the broth over them and garnish with bean sprouts, basil and lemon.
