Ingredients:
⦁ 1 cup cooked brown rice
⦁ 1/2 cup spinach, blanched
⦁ 1/2 cup carrot, sliced
⦁ 1/2 cup zucchini, sliced
⦁ 100 g lean meat or tofu, sautéed
⦁ 1 fried egg
⦁ 1 tablespoon gochujang paste (Korean chili paste)
⦁ Sesame oil
Instructions:
⦁ Place the rice in a large bowl as a base.
⦁ Add spinach, carrots, zucchini, meat or tofu around it.
⦁ Top with a fried egg in the center.
⦁ Serve with a drizzle of sesame oil and gochujang paste to taste.
