Ingredients:
⦁ 1 cup cooked lentils
⦁ 1 ripe banana, roasted or fried with a little oil
⦁ 1 poached or fried egg
⦁ 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
⦁ 1 small avocado
⦁ Hogao sauce (sautéed onion and tomato)
Instructions:
⦁ Serve the hot lentils on a plate.
⦁ Serve with rice, banana, egg and avocado.
⦁ Add a spoonful of hogao on top of the lentils.
