Ingredients:
⦁ 1 can cooked chickpeas (400 g), drained
⦁ 2 tablespoons tahini
⦁ Juice of 1 lemon
⦁ 1 clove of garlic
⦁ 1/4 cup cold water
⦁ 2 tablespoons olive oil
⦁ 1 teaspoon zaatar
⦁ Fresh vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers and radishes
Instructions:
⦁ In a food processor, blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and cold water until smooth.
⦁ Adjust salt to taste.
⦁ Serve on a plate and drizzle with olive oil and zaatar on top.
⦁ Serve with fresh vegetables for a nutritious breakfast.
