- 100 g toasted hazelnuts
- 300 g dates
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
For coverage:
- 2 tbsp. puffed amaranth
- 2 tbsp. ground almonds
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients for the energy balls in a blender and blend until you get a slightly sticky mixture and form it into about 30 balls.
- In a small bowl, mix the puffed amaranth and almonds and in another bowl, put the cocoa powder. Place 15 balls in each container and cover them with the nuts or cocoa powder.
- Then store the balls in a cool, dry place or serve them directly.
