Ingredients:
⦁ 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked
⦁ 1/2 cup cooked kale
⦁ 2 lean sausages (optional)
⦁ 1/4 cup milk (optional: vegetable milk)
⦁ 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
⦁ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
⦁ Mash the cooked potatoes and mix with the kale, milk and butter.
⦁ Season with salt and pepper to taste.
⦁ Serve with the lean sausages on the side.
