Ingredients:
⦁ 1 small cabbage, chopped
⦁ 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
⦁ 3 cloves garlic, minced
⦁ 150 g of bacon or bacon (optional)
⦁ Olive oil
⦁ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
⦁ Cook the cabbage and potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain well.
⦁ In a large skillet, sauté the garlic with a little olive oil. If using bacon, brown it until crispy.
⦁ Add the cabbage and potatoes to the pan, and mash lightly with a wooden spoon or fork.
⦁ Cook over medium heat, pressing down to form a golden layer on the bottom, like an omelette.
⦁ Serve hot.
