Ingredients:
⦁ 1 avocado, diced
⦁ 1 mango, diced
⦁ 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
⦁ 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
⦁ Juice of 1 lemon
⦁ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
⦁ In a bowl, mix the avocado, mango and onion.
⦁ Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
⦁ Serve chilled, accompanied by corn tostadas if desired.
