Ingredients:
⦁ 4 cups fresh corn
⦁ 1/4 cup milk (optional: vegetable milk)
⦁ 1 onion, chopped
⦁ 250g minced beef (can be substituted with cooked lentils for vegan version)
⦁ 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped (optional)
⦁ 1 teaspoon cumin
⦁ 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
⦁ Olive oil
Instructions:
⦁ Cook the onion in olive oil until tender. Add the ground beef, cumin and paprika and cook until cooked.
⦁ Blend the corn with the milk until you obtain a thick mixture.
⦁ In a mold, place a layer of meat, a layer of hard-boiled egg and a layer of the corn mixture.
⦁ Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until the top is golden.
