Ingredients:
⦁ 4 fresh nopales, roasted
⦁ 200 g shredded chicken
⦁ 1 tomato, chopped
⦁ 1/4 onion, chopped
⦁ 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
⦁ Juice of 1 lemon
⦁ Green sauce to taste
⦁ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
⦁ Grill the nopales until they are soft and lightly browned.
⦁ Mix the shredded chicken with the tomato, onion, cilantro and lemon juice. Season to taste.
⦁ Use the nopales as a base for the tacos and place the chicken mixture on top.
⦁ Serve with green sauce.
