- 150g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 100g smoked salmon
- Leafy greens
Instructions
- First, wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Then, put the yogurt in a bowl and season it.
- In a bowl, beat and season the eggs. Next, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and add half of the egg mixture. Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until set. Carefully flip it over and repeat the process for the second omelette.
- Finally, place the omelettes on plates and spread them with the yogurt. Add the tomatoes, leafy greens, smoked salmon, then fold and Enjoy.
