• 150g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • Leafy greens

Instructions

  1. First, wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Then, put the yogurt in a bowl and season it.
  2. In a bowl, beat and season the eggs. Next, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and add half of the egg mixture. Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until set. Carefully flip it over and repeat the process for the second omelette.
  3. Finally, place the omelettes on plates and spread them with the yogurt. Add the tomatoes, leafy greens, smoked salmon, then fold and Enjoy.
