Instructions

Preheat your oven to 185°C (365°F). In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients except the water. Gradually add the water, combining it with either a food processor set to kneading mode or a kitchen whisk, until you achieve a compact dough. Transfer the dough onto a rectangular oven tray brushed with olive oil. Bake at 185°C for 1 hour and 10 minutes.If you prefer to use bread yeast, you can incorporate it. In this case, allow the dough to rest and ferment, which will depend on your kitchen's temperature, but it should be at least 1 hour.
