Ingredients:

⦁ 500 g of minced lamb meat

⦁ 1/2 cup grated onion

⦁ 2 cloves garlic, minced

⦁ 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

⦁ 1 teaspoon allspice

⦁ 1 teaspoon ground cumin

⦁ 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

⦁ Salt and pepper to taste

⦁ 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

⦁ In a large bowl, mix the lamb meat with the onion, garlic and spices.

⦁ Form into elongated cylinders (kebab-like) and place on skewers if desired.

⦁ Cook on the grill or in a pan with a little olive oil, turning them until they are golden brown and cooked through.

⦁ Serve with basmati rice, pita bread and yogurt sauce.
