- 2 carrots
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- fresh parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 5 mushrooms
- Salt (to taste)
- 200ml Vegetable Broth
- 150g cream cheese

Instructions
With all the ingredients cooked, place them in a mixer or blender with 250ml of our vegetable broth until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. Then add the cream cheese, mix well and serve!
